About yxxstudio

yxxstudio is a game companion service run by YXX STUDIO (SSM registration 202603123038 (AS0514766-K)). Bosses (customers) book companions here or in our Discord server to play games, chat or sing together. By using this site or the server you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over.
• You need a Discord account, must be in our server, and must follow Discord's own terms.
• One account per person. If you're banned, don't come back on another account.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM), as shown on the Pricing page.
• An order starts only once we've confirmed your payment.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the FAQ; in a dispute, the admins decide.
• Don't deal privately: orders paid outside the platform aren't covered by us.

Companions

Companions are vetted by us and must follow our companion rules. Earnings are settled at the platform's published split and payout dates. Companions must not take bookings privately or ask bosses for their contact details.

How to behave

These aren't allowed:

• Harassment, threats, discrimination or hate speech.
• Any sexual content or sexual services.
• Anything illegal, or posting someone else's personal details.
• Scams, fake orders, exploiting bugs, or using several accounts to farm rewards.

You can report or block anyone. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or ban the account.

Coins, gems, gifts and VIP

• Coins and gems are virtual items with no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money or transferred outside our features.
• Minigames are for fun only; you can't win real money.
• We may change prices, rewards and rules for virtual items.
• Balances are lost if you delete your account or are banned.

What you post

The moments, photos, comments and reviews you post stay yours. You let us show them on the site and in Discord. Only post what you have the right to share. Content that breaks the rules may be removed.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from My profile. Any open order, unsettled earnings or prepaid balance has to be sorted out first. We may also close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We work to keep the service reliable but can't promise it will never be interrupted or have errors. As far as Malaysian law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; big changes are announced on the site or in Discord. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions? Contact us at enquiry@yxxstudio.my.
