Privacy Policy

Who we are

The yxxstudio website and Discord server are run by YXX STUDIO (SSM registration 202603123038 (AS0514766-K)). This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who sees it, how long we keep it, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your Discord account: when you sign in with Discord we get your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, and your roles in our server. We never get your password, email or messages.
• Companion profiles: name, bio, photos, voice intro, games, gender, tags and social links (shown publicly); plus the real name, bank name, bank account number and contact used to pay you (seen only by admins).
• Orders and payments: what was booked, when, the amount, payment confirmations, gifts, membership and VIP spending, companion earnings and payouts.
• What you post: moments, photos, comments, likes, reviews and reports.
• Games and wallet: coins, gems, game results, friends and game invites.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, a language cookie, a cookie remembering which moments you've seen, small settings saved in your browser (such as the sound switch), the push address your browser gives us if you turn on phone notifications, and IP addresses, kept briefly to stop abuse.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To handle bookings, payment confirmations, order rooms and companion earnings.
• To show companion profiles, moments, reviews and rankings on the site.
• To send site notifications and, if you turn them on, phone notifications.
• To keep everyone safe: handling reports, banning accounts that break the rules, and stopping fraud and abuse.
• For our accounts, and to meet legal and tax duties.

We never sell your personal data.

Who sees it

• Everyone: companions' public profiles, moments (once signed in) and reviews. Bosses show on the site only as a "Boss #XXXX" tag, with no name or picture.
• Our admins: what they need to handle orders, payments, reports and payouts.
• Services that help us run the site: Discord (sign-in and the server), our hosting and file storage, your browser's push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, only to deliver notifications), and Google Fonts (which sees your IP address when it loads the fonts).
• Government or law enforcement, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Your account data stays until you delete your account.
• Order, payment, gift and payout records are kept for 7 years for accounting and tax. After you delete your account they keep only your Discord ID, no longer linked to your profile.
• Report and ban records are kept to protect other members.
• Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days.

Your rights

• See and correct your data: companions can edit their profile under My profile; for anything else, contact us.
• Delete it: tap Delete my account at the bottom of My profile and your data is deleted straight away (apart from the records above). Your Discord account is not affected.
• Stop notifications: switch phone alerts off in the bell at any time.
• For any question, or to ask for a copy of your data, contact us at enquiry@yxxstudio.my.

Age

This service is for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete such accounts when we find them.

Changes

We may update this policy. Big changes are announced on the site or in Discord. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
